About the webinars:

Day 1: This webinar helps participants decide what type of company they want to build – an organically growing business or a 
venture-driven growth case. The session focuses on the strategic decisions that shape a company’s internationalization 
journey and how to choose the right model for their business.

Day 2: In this session, participants will learn how data can be used to drive international growth. The focus will be on identifying 
and evaluating market opportunities based on data, as well as understanding how to use information to overcome barriers in
new markets. The session will also include concrete examples from scaleups that have used data to make growth decisions

Facilitator: Emil Brydensholt + case story
Emil Brydensholt has extensive experience in helping over 200 companies expand internationally. He is a key figure at Canute and is currently responsible for passing on that knowledge to the next generation of Nordic startups, preparing them for future international growth.
