This camp is primarily for Batch 10 and 11 startups, but startups from other batches are also welcome to participate. 

The camp takes place on three separate days – the 4th, 11th, and the 18th of August. 

About the camp:

Day 1: This session is a deep dive into  how data can be used to drive international expansion. Participants will learn to define their ideal customer profile (ICP) and use data to select the right markets. The session provides concrete tools and strategies that startups can apply to create data-driven growth strategies.

Day 2: This session provides participants with insights on how to build a strong commercial team that can support the company’s international growth. Through concrete examples and hands-on exercises, participants will learn to understand their customers’ buying process and adapt their sales process accordingly. The focus will be on ensuring that the team is equipped for success in new markets.

Day 3: This workshop prepares startups to raise capital from international investors. Participants will receive practical tools to adapt their pitch decks and strategies to international standards. Through hands-on exercises, participants will work on their own funding strategy and receive feedback on their presentation techniques.

Note: After the camp, there will be an online post-session with Q&A. During this session, Emil and Søren will answer all the questions that will inevitably arise once you start applying what you’ve learned at the camp. This is an excellent opportunity to receive additional feedback on your specific startup situation from top mentors in the field and your peers.

Emil Brydensholt has extensive experience in helping over 200 companies expand internationally. He is a key figure at Canute and is currently responsible for passing on that knowledge to the next generation of Nordic startups, preparing them for future international growth.
