Building on the insights from the commercial scaling webinar, this in-person camp offers a hands-on deep dive into commercial scaling. We’ll explore how to build on your home market beachhead and use data to select the right international markets. And discover how you design your commercial team for your next growth step.​

The official program ends at 17:00. After that, we'll go to a restaurant for dinner and further discussions about today's topic. The evening will end at 20:00.
