Beyond Beta Voucher

The purpose of this voucher is to provide the best Beyond Beta cases with access to additional resources, so they can achieve their potential for scaling.

The size of the voucher depends on the startup's needs and their de minimis accounting. 

Who can apply for the voucher:
All startups with a commitment in Beyond Beta 3.0 – both past and current participants. 

What can the voucher be used for?
The granted voucher can be used for knowledge and/or advice regarding technical validation and market validation.
TASKS OF IMPLEMENTING CHARACTER WILL BE REJECTED!

The application proces:

  1. The startup fills out a brief application, where following is adressed:
    Which task is intended to be purchased?
    What do you expect to achieve from this purchase? (in terms of output and effects for your company)
    What have you achieved so far? Describe your biggest achievements and significant milestones up till now.
    Why should Beyond Beta award this voucher specifically to you?
    What is your market traction? Revenue, number of paying customers, partnerships, etc.
  2. Beyond Beta approves or declines the application
  3. Once approved, the startup kan search the market for the most relevant consultant to solve the task. (The startup has to make sure that the price of the chosen consultant corresponds to the market price of a comparable consultant)
  4. No later than 3 weeks after the startup has recieved and signed the approval paper, the startup must state the choice of supplier and confirm that they have searched the market before choosing the supplier.
  5. Startup and the chosen consultant can now make and sign a supplier agreement and begin the task.
  6. The task must be completed within 3 months.

 

Payment 
Startup pays the cost of the supplier itself. After the task/or subtasks are completed, the startup uploads payment documentation to Beyond Beta after which Beyond Beta refunds the costs within a maximum of 14 days.
We recommend that you make an agreement on partial charges from the selected supplier. Beyond Beta can only reimburse expenses for activities that have been completed, so be clear to the supplier that they must state on the invoice what they have done for the respective partial charge.
