2. PRESENTATION OF OFFERING COMPANY:
Cyberjuice is a SaaS company offering an AI-powered platform that simplifies cybersecurity compliance and behavior change for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). Our platform is designed to streamline the implementation of security policies, track compliance, and foster stronger security habits across organizations. In addition to our software, we provide professional services to support SMEs in building and maintaining robust cybersecurity practices. Based in Denmark, Cyberjuice is dedicated to empowering businesses across the EU with the tools and expertise they need to navigate the ever-evolving cybersecurity landscape.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT:

We are seeking expert consultants to provide training and build competencies in financial modeling, with the goal of acquiring the essential skills needed to develop and implement a financial model for Cyberjuice.The project aims to enhance Cyberjuice's ability to create budgets, pricing strategies, cap tables, and financial forecasts to attract investors.

This tool will enable Cyberjuice to align and balance our financial planning with business objectives while preparing for investor financial due diligence.

Budget: 43,000 DKK excl. Moms
Timeframe: The project will take place over 2-3 weeks in February.

4. PROJECT OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:
Objectives:
- Enable us to develop a robust financial model tailored to Cyberjuice’s business needs.
- Equip our team with the skills to independently maintain and adapt the financial model.
- Establish clear and transparent financial assumptions to support investor communication.
- Support accurate budgeting, pricing and forecasting for strategic planning.

Success Criteria:
- Delivery of a financial model that aligns with operational and investor due diligence requirements.
- Documentation of assumptions to ensure ease of use and transparency.
- Successful knowledge transfer, demonstrated by our team’s ability to maintain and update the model independently.

5. BUDGET AND OFFER SPECIFICATION:
The project has a maximum budget of 43,000 DKK excl. Moms.

The written offer must contain at least:
- Date of submission of offer.
- A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details.
- Bidder's proposal for solving the task.
- The price for solving the task.
- Expected schedule.
- Conditions for the offer.
