2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY:
Twinspire is a Danish sports technology company founded in 2023 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was established at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) through DTU Skylab, the university's innovation and entrepreneurship hub, and has been developed in close collaboration with DTU Health Tech.
Twinspire develops an AI-powered digital twin platform for professional athletes, with an initial focus on elite football. The company's core technology applies personalised neuromuscular modelling and adaptive neural networks to construct individual digital representations of each athlete. These models continuously learn each player's personal physiological baseline and detect deviations that may indicate injury risk, enabling proactive, evidence-based intervention before injury occurs.
The platform integrates data from existing athlete management systems, including GPS and training load, strength and movement testing, heart rate variability, sleep data, and rehabilitation records, and transforms this data into predictive outputs including individual readiness scores, reinjury risk flags, and return-to-play guidance. Twinspire does not replace existing tools used by clubs but operates as a predictive intelligence layer on top of them.
The company has completed two active pilot deployments with Danish football clubs, accumulating 18 months of real-world data across 71 athletes at both third-division and first-division level (Lyngby Boldklub, Danish 1st Division). Twinspire holds a filed patent application covering its proprietary training methodology. The company operates in a formal partnership with the Danish Football Union's (DBU/DIF) Innovation Lab.
The founding team combines professional sports experience, academic research expertise in neuromuscular physiology, and a track record in AI venture building and fundraising across Europe and the MENA region.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION
Twinspire ApS is seeking a quotation from a qualified independent consultant for the provision of strategic advisory services in the areas of investment readiness, market research, and commercial communication, in support of Twinspire's preparation for an upcoming seed funding round.
The task encompasses the following scope of work:
3.1 Investment Readiness The consultant will assess and strengthen Twinspire's overall readiness to approach seed investors. This includes a structured review of the company's current investor materials, identification of gaps in the investment narrative, and concrete recommendations for how the company positions its traction, technology, and market opportunity to early-stage sports technology investors. The consultant will support the development of a compelling and coherent fundraising storyline aligned with current investor expectations in the European sports tech and deep tech segments.
3.2 Investor Deck Preparation The consultant will support the revision and refinement of Twinspire's primary investor pitch deck, ensuring that the narrative, structure, visual logic, and supporting evidence are optimised for a seed-stage audience. This includes review and improvement of market sizing, traction slides, competitive differentiation, business model, use of funds, and team presentation. The consultant will provide written feedback and work iteratively with the founding team to produce a final investor-ready version of the deck.
3.3 Market Research The consultant will conduct targeted market research to strengthen Twinspire's market narrative. This includes mapping the competitive landscape within AI-driven sports performance and injury prevention technology, identifying comparable companies and recent transactions or funding rounds, and producing a structured summary of market size, growth dynamics, and Twinspire's positioning within the broader sports technology ecosystem. Research outputs will be formatted for direct integration into investor materials.
3.5 Stakeholder and Investor Communication The consultant will provide advisory support on stakeholder communication strategy, including guidance on how to engage DIF, DTU, and prospective investors in a coherent and coordinated manner. Where relevant, the consultant may participate in or prepare materials for key stakeholder meetings during the engagement period.
3.6 Context and Background Twinspire is currently at a critical transition point from research-validated MVP to commercial product. The company is preparing to raise its first external seed round and is simultaneously expanding its club pilot programme in partnership with DIF Innovation Lab. The engagement of an experienced external consultant with direct experience in early-stage AI venture fundraising and sports technology is considered essential to ensuring that Twinspire enters the fundraising process with materials and positioning that accurately reflect its competitive strength and scientific credibility.
