DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
We are seeking proposals from skilled digital marketing consultants or agencies to deliver a
comprehensive review, restructuring, and optimization of our lead generation and ads funnel. The primary
objective is to enhance the eectiveness of our current lead capture process, increase conversions, and
improve the overall performance of our marketing campaigns. Specically, the project involves the
following key components:
1. Initial Assessment and Feedback:
○ Conduct an in-depth review of our existing ad structure and funnel.
○ Provide constructive feedback on the current setup, identifying areas that require
improvement.
○ Propose actionable suggestions for rening the lead process to increase engagement and
conversions.
2. Mapping the Lead Process:
○ Develop a detailed framework outlining the structure of our lead process, from initial
contact to conversion.
○ Incorporate email ows, retargeting strategies, and automation techniques into the
process to create a seamless and eective journey for leads.
3. Technical Setup and Integration:
○ Recommend strategies to optimize the technical setup of our lead generation and ad
funnel, utilizing our existing tools where possible.
○ Provide suggestions for additional tools, software, or platforms that could improve lead
tracking, nurturing, and conversion rates.
The ideal proposal will oer a comprehensive plan that aligns with our growth objectives, providing
practical solutions to enhance the eciency and eectiveness of our digital marketing eorts. The
proposal should also detail how the suggested changes will improve lead generation, increase
engagement, and ultimately drive conversions.

OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA
To ensure the eectiveness of our project, we must establish clear success criteria and objectives. This
section outlines the key metrics for evaluating our progress, focusing on enhancing lead generation,
improving conversion rates, and driving sustainable growth for 2030 Builders.

1. Increased Lead Conversion
● A higher percentage of leads converting into paying customers.
● Measured by tracking conversion rates from initial contact through to nal sale.
2. Improved Funnel Eciency
● A faster and smoother lead process, reducing the time it takes to turn leads into
customers.
● Tracked by monitoring the lead-to-sale time and decreasing the number of lost or
abandoned leads.
3. Enhanced Engagement and Retargeting
● More interactions with our email ows, retargeting ads, and overall lead nurturing eorts.
● Measured by email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions from retargeting
campaigns.
These criteria collectively dene the success of this project, as they emphasize improving the overall
performance, eciency, and scalability of our lead generation and marketing eorts. By streamlining the
lead process and increasing engagement, we will be able to convert potential customers more eectively
and with fewer resources. Furthermore, success will be measured by our ability to scale lead generation
eorts eciently, enabling us to reach larger audiences and expand our market reach without sacricing
lead quality. Monitoring the volume of new leads and their qualication rates will ensure that as we grow,
we maintain a high standard of customer engagement and conversion.

BUDGET AND SPECIFICATIONS
The project has a maximum budget of 40.000kr excl. Moms.
The written oer must contain at least:
● Date of submission of oer
● A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details.
● Bidder's proposal for solving the task
● The price for solving the task
● Expected schedule
● Conditions for the oer

6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER: 
Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements. 
We emphasize that the bidder must only make an offer on the requested task.  
Services of executing or implementing nature cannot be approved  
The winning bid is chosen based on an assessment of the best correlation between price and quality
