2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY:

Describe briefly your company. Add link to webside, if relevant

Twinspire is a Danish sports technology company founded in 2024 and headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark. The company was established at the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) through DTU Skylab, the university's innovation and entrepreneurship hub, and has been developed in close collaboration with DTU Health Tech.

Twinspire develops an AI-powered digital twin platform for professional athletes, with an initial focus on elite football. The company's core technology applies personalized neuromuscular modeling and adaptive neural networks to construct individual digital representations of each athlete. These models continuously learn each player's physiological baseline and detect deviations that may indicate an increased risk of injury, enabling proactive, evidence-based interventions before injury occurs.

The platform integrates data from existing athlete management systems, including GPS and training load, strength and movement testing, heart rate variability, sleep data, and rehabilitation records, and transforms it into predictive outputs, including individual readiness scores, reinjury risk flags, and return-to-play guidance. Twinspire does not replace existing tools used by clubs but operates as a predictive intelligence layer on top of them.

The company has completed two active pilot deployments with Danish football clubs, accumulating 18 months of real-world data from 71 athletes across both third-and first-division levels (Lyngby Boldklub, Danish 1st Division). Twinspire holds a filed patent application covering its proprietary training methodology. The company operates in formal partnership with the Danish Sports Federation (DIF) Innovation Lab.

The founding team combines professional sports experience, academic research expertise in neuromuscular physiology, and a track record in AI venture building and fundraising across Europe and the MENA region.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION:

Twinspire is requesting a quote from a qualified expert supplier to provide specialized technical consulting and knowledge transfer in the field of printed electromyography (EMG) wearable technology. The goal of this task is to enhance Twinspire's internal ability to evaluate, specify, and understand the technical requirements for integrating printed EMG sensing into a sports wearable context.

The task encompasses the following scope of knowledge activities:

3.1 Expert Knowledge Areas The supplier is requested to provide structured expert guidance and documented insights across the following areas:

•           Material selection: Assessment of conductive ink technologies, and textile integration methods suitable for athletic-use EMG sensing, including trade-offs in signal quality, durability, washability, and skin safety (REACH, EN ISO 10993)

•           Technical design principles: Expert review and guidance on sensor array configuration, electrode geometry, and placement strategies for lower limb surface EMG acquisition

•           Signal architecture: Technical knowledge transfer regarding wireless transmission protocols, and data output formats compatible with third-party AI platforms

•           Feasibility assessment: An expert evaluation of the technical and regulatory feasibility of implementing a printed EMG sleeve within Twinspire's specific use case (professional football rehabilitation and injury prevention)

3.2 Deliverables (Knowledge Outputs)

•           A written technical report documenting material selection recommendations and their rationale

•           A design brief / technical specification outline that Twinspire's team can use as an internal reference and basis for future procurement or partnership decisions

•           A documented data interface specification describing signal formats and integration requirements relevant to Twinspire's data pipeline

•           One or more structured knowledge sessions (workshops or consultations) with Twinspire's technical team

4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:  Describe the goal of the task and how it can be measured/ensured that the task is solved to satisfaction.

The primary objective of this task is to develop Twinspire's internal technical competence regarding EMG technology, so that the company is equipped to make informed decisions on material selection, technical design, and system integration.

Success will be measured by: (1) delivery of the written technical report and design brief outlined in Section 3.2; (2) Twinspire's technical team confirming in writing that they have gained sufficient knowledge to independently specify requirements for future hardware partnerships; and (3) completion of at least one structured expert knowledge session. Twinspire will provide written acceptance or a list of remaining knowledge gaps within 10 working days of receiving the final deliverables.

5. BUDGET OG SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER:

Twinspire invites qualified expert suppliers to submit a written proposal for the knowledge and consultancy services described in sections 3 and 4. The total available budget is DKK 43,000, excluding VAT.

The offer must be dated and submitted no later than 01.05.2026. Offers received after this date will not be considered.

Brief presentation of the bidder: The offer must include the full legal name of the bidding organisation, CVR number, registered address, and primary contact details including name, email address, and telephone number. Where relevant, the bidder is encouraged to include references from comparable assignments involving printed electronics, flexible sensor development, wearable technology, or related fields, as well as a brief description of organisational history and technical competencies relevant to the task.

Bidder's proposal for solving the task: The offer must include a clear description of the bidder's proposed approach to designing and delivering the printed EMG sleeve prototype as specified in sections 3 and 4. This should include the proposed technical methodology, planned phases of work, key assumptions, and any dependencies or preconditions the bidder considers relevant to successful delivery.

Specification of price: The offer must provide a full price breakdown specifying the cost associated with each component of the task. The total offered price must not exceed DKK 43,000 excluding VAT.

Discount: Any applicable discounts must be stated explicitly in the offer.

Timeframe and end date: The offer must include a proposed project timeline with key milestones and a confirmed end date for full delivery of all prototype units and associated documentation. Twinspire's expectation is that the complete task can be delivered within 24-30 weeks from contract signature.

Conditions for the offer: Any conditions, reservations, or assumptions on which the offer is contingent must be stated clearly and explicitly. Offers containing conditions that materially alter the defined scope may be disqualified from consideration.

6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER:  Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements. We emphasize that the bidder must only make an offer on the requested task. Services of executing or implementing nature cannot be approved. The winning bid is chosen based on an assessment of the best correlation between price and quality
