2. PRESENTATION OF OFFERING COMPANY
Zeit Agency is an agency who creates digital ads, using our self made platform, Zeit
Machine. We help ambitious companies strengthen their digital campaigns while reducing
the amount of time and resources spent on developing digital ads. We combine years of
experience with our powerful platform to create brand experiences that drive measurable
results.
Over the past three years, Zeit Agency has grown organically through creative excellence
and strong client relations. However, as our client portfolio expands, we have identified a
need for greater sales structure and strategic focus — to ensure sustainable growth and
scalability.
Our mission is to build a strong, process-driven sales foundation that supports our creative
output and business ambitions.


3. DESCRIPTION OF THE PROJECT
We are seeking expert consulting from a person with a lot of sales experience, who will
provide hands-on guidance, sparring, and structure to strengthen our internal sales
processes. A person who brings extensive experience in sales strategy and business
development.

The project will focus on:
● Mapping our current sales process and identifying structural gaps
● Training and competence development for the preparation and establishment of an effective salesfunnel and follow-up structure
● Competence development for building clear tools for lead management, client segmentation, and prioritization
● Establishing routines for pipeline forecasting and performance tracking
● Creating actionable frameworks for decision-making and strategic sales planning
This structured approach will help Zeit Agency make informed choices about client
acquisition, time allocation, and long-term business focus.


Outcome:
Zeit Agency will gain a clear, actionable sales framework and internal competencies to
manage and grow our pipeline independently.
The project will result in a documented process for lead handling, prioritization, and
follow-up — ensuring success for our commercial goals.


4. BUDGET AND TIMEFRAME
Budget: 43,000 DKK excl. VAT
Timeframe: The project will take place over approximately 4–6 months, starting in November
2025.
