3. DESCRIPTION OF THE MARKET RESEARCH TASK: 

We are seeking an external partner to help us do a targeted market research project in Brazil to support the introduction of the CropUp platform. 

Akson Robotics needs advice on how the team can: 

·        Identify and segment large farms and agricultural organizations in Brazil with a focus on precision farming and digital solutions. 

·        Map out relevant drone service providers specialized in agriculture. 

·        Identification and evaluate potential local resellers or partners who could manage sales and support for CropUp in Brazil. 

·        In the best way identify, facilitate and initial meetings with key stakeholders. 

·        Understand the cultural context during the early dialogue phase. 

4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA: 

Objective: 

To obtain a solid data foundation and relevant network to make an informed strategic decision about entering the Brazilian market with CropUp. 

Success criteria: To enable the Akson Robotics team to 

·        Identify at least 10 relevant large-scale farms or agricultural organizations. 

·        Identify At least 3 qualified potential collaboration partners (e.g. resellers or service providers).

·        Do least 5 facilitated meetings with relevant decision-makers. 

·        Understand cultural and marked related drivers in Brazil. 

5. BUDGET AND PROPOSAL SPECIFICATIONS:

We expect the written proposal to include, at a minimum:

6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER:
