2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY: 

TMR Lock ApS markets 3 inventions, all aimed at assembling steel without using welding/cutting. All three solutions are under patent.

3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION: 

We are looking to have one of our products, the Beam Clamp, tested for strength, in order to be able to supply technical documentation, so we may document our solution as a strong competitor to the current process, welding the steel together and cutting it apart after end-of-use. 
 
4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA: 

We need documentation of push, pull and sliding properties of the locking system. According to ABC Raadgivende Ingenioerer A/S, the industry standard requires a minimum resistance of 21,3 tons. If possible, we wish to test our units to breaking point. However, if breaking point supersedes 40 tons, a result of 40 tons is considered acceptable. The solution needs to be tested in both 0 degrees, 45 degrees and 90 degrees angles, and in accordance with specifications defined by TMR Lock, so we can document all relevant force absorptions in the three different options (as in push, pull and sliding properties).

We expect a written offer to include at least:

6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER: 
Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements.
