2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY: 

Seecon is an AI-powered platform that streamlines financial due diligence and deal execution in M&A. From data upload to post-deal tracking, Seecon provides M&A teams with the insights needed to evaluate investment opportunities, identify risks, and measure deal outcomes.

By combining financial expertise with the latest AI technology, we aim to transform the way M&A transactions are prepared and executed. Our solution is designed for private equity firms, corporate M&A, and companies seeking a more efficient, transparent, and scalable approach to deal execution.

 
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION: 

We are seeking an experienced AI advisor with strong expertise in AI infrastructure and multi-agent systems to support us through knowledge sharing, strategic guidance, and technical sparring. The collaboration will focus on the following:

AI Strategy and Multi-Agent Systems

Strategic guidance on how to design and implement an AI approach tailored to financial due diligence. This includes:

·         Guidance on architecture and infrastructure design for scalability and security.

·         Advice on designing a multi-agent setup with a clear orchestration layer to coordinate specialized agents.

·         Exploring potential agent use cases, including anomaly detection and risk identification.

·         Addressing the limitations of applying AI to financial data and defining strategies to mitigate them.

·         Ensuring data confidentiality and compliance when handling sensitive financial information.

·         Considerations and methodologies for fine-tuning models in a high-stakes environment.

The advisor’s role will be to ensure that our team gains the foundation needed to design and implement the solution internally.

 
4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA: 

The goals of the project are to:

Strengthen our team’s understanding of technical AI development, infrastructure, and orchestration. Enhance practical knowledge of agent use cases, multi-agent systems and their application in financial due diligence. Ensure data security and robustness when working with confidential financial data. Receive a realistic implementation plan that our team can carry forward.
 

Success Criteria

We assess the success of the project based on the following criteria:

Our team acquires the strategic and technical knowledge needed to progress AI development within Seecon
A documented plan for the multi-agent system 
A practical implementation roadmap that can be executed internally

 
5. BUDGET OG SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER: 

The maximum budget for this project is 43.000 DKK excl. VAT.

The written proposal must include at minimum:

Date of submission.
A short presentation of the provider, including CVR number and contact information.
The provider’s proposed approach to the assignment.
Price for delivery of the assignment.
Expected project start date.
Terms and conditions of the proposal.

 
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER: 
The provider must adhere to principles of sound and responsible financial management, including the ability to document that the agreed fee reflects fair market value.

Please note that the provider is expected to deliver advisory services only. Execution or implementation activities cannot be approved under this agreement.

The final selection will be assessed based on the overall balance of quality and price.
