2. PRESENTATION OF THE ISSUING ORGANIZATION:

Food & Bio Cluster Denmark is Denmark’s national cluster for food and bioresources. The organization supports innovation and sustainable development and facilitates collaboration between entrepreneurs, companies, and investors. With a network of over 450 VCs and CVCs and 500 startups, as well as participation in Denmark’s largest accelerator, Beyond Beta, the cluster focuses on commercialization and scaling of solutions within foodtech, agtech, and biosolutions.

 
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EXPLORATION:

Within the framework of Beyond Beta, Food & Bio Cluster Denmark wishes to offer an advisory program targeted at foodtech, agtech, and biosolutions startups in Beyond Beta, aiming to increase competencies and thereby the chances for accelerator participants to raise funding from investors.

The task includes an advisory program for 8–10 agrifood startups, where participants receive support to develop and refine their pitch, presentation, and business narrative.

The program may include:

Advice on what investors look for when investing
Sparring on one-pager, pitch deck, and other investor-oriented materials
Training in narrative, performance, and pitch delivery
All activities are tailored to the individual startup, and the program is offered as a combination of workshop and 1:1 advisory in close collaboration with Food & Bio Cluster Denmark.

 
4. OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:

The objective is for participants to develop their pitch delivery and present a professional package of documents that can be used with investors and partners.

The success criterion is that participants can deliver a convincing pitch that creates interest and engagement with the target audience, and that the materials are of high quality.

Success will be measured by:

• Participants’ ability to understand what investors are looking for
• Increased chance of securing the first investor meeting
• Ability to deliver a convincing pitch
• Quality of the prepared materials (one-pager, pitch deck, investor deck, handout deck
• 5. BUDGET, TIMELINE, AND PROPOSAL SPECIFICATION:

Budget: 100,000 DKK
Deadline for submission of proposals: 17 October, 23:59

We expect to have a provider in place by early November. The advisory program is expected to take place from November through February.

We expect the written proposal to include at minimum:

• A brief presentation of the provider, including CVR number and contact details.

• The provider’s proposal for the advisory team and a suggested solution to the task, including how the task can add value to the provider’s existing activities.

• Indication of price and hourly rate for the solution

• Any discounts

• Expected timeline

• Any assumptions for the proposal

 
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE CALL FOR PROPOSALS:

The issuer is subject to requirements for sound financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases reflects market price. This call is part of that process.

We emphasize that the provider may only submit proposals for the requested service. Services of an executing or implementing nature cannot be approved. The final proposal will be selected by the issuing organization based on the best balance between price and quality.
