DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION: 
The objective for this task is to seek expert consulting to provide guidance, advice and knowledge sharing on designing a standalone mobile app for our digital psychology therapy treatment program, to be used by patients/clients both through businesses and in the public sector throughout Europe, primary targets are Denmark and Germany. The overall task is expected to cover guidance, advice and knowledge on, but not limited to, the following elements:

1)      App design counseling

• Design of user flows for the app
• Design of Wireframes (UX) for the app
• Visual design (UI) for the app
• Making conceptual prototype of the app 

2)      Danish/German GDPR / data privacy compliance analysis 

Assessment of Danish and German GDPR/Data Privacy compliance requirements within the public health sector for this type of app. The above design must take these compliance requirements into account.

3)      Technical design and estimate guidance (optional task)

Guidance on making technical implementation design and a supporting implementation estimate for a version ready for production, based on the conceptional prototype and the assessed GDPR / Data Privacy compliance requirements.
 
TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA: 

Objectives: 

The objectives for this task are for Cerebelo to gain knowledge and tools to build a prototype, with the right visual design, of the new Cerebelo app, taking Danish and German GDPR / Data Privacy compliance regulation into account. 

Option to also gain advice and knowledge and support to make a technical design document and project estimate for implementing the mobile app to a production version ready for the Danish and German public health sector.

Success criteria:

The task will be considered successfully completed when Cerebelo has the tools and knowledge to build the following:

A visual appealing, well designed easy to use, public health sector GDPR /Data Privacy compliant, prototype is delivered, to be able to be showcased to relevant external stakeholders.

The prototype can be directly used as input for requirements specifications and budgeting for future technical implementation.

Documentation to be used as input for requirements specification and budgeting for future technical implementation:

User flow design guideline specifications.

Design guideline specifications.

Wireframe design guideline specifications.

(Optional) Technical design and project estimate documentation to be used directly for implementation proposals.

SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER: 
We expect a written offer to include at least:

• A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details. If relevant, with references and history
• Bidder's proposal for solving the task
• Specification of the price for solving the task
• Discount, if relevant
• Timeframe and end date
• Conditions for the offer, if any
