2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY:

N(Y)OOMOON is an emerging Danish brand committed to improving menstrual health through sustainable, high-quality reusable products. The company combines user-centred design with transparency and education and aims to reduce waste, expense and health risks associated with traditional disposable products.

As part of its responsible growth strategy, N(Y)OOMOON seeks to strengthen internal digital capabilities and build long-term organic visibility through structured competence development in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).

 
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION: 

The purpose of this project is to develop internal SEO competencies through structured learning, practical exercises and advisory-based sparring.

Rather than outsourcing optimisation tasks, N(Y)OOMOON aims to establish sustainable in-house capabilities that enable systematic, analytical and strategic work with organic visibility and website performance.

All practical implementation and execution will be carried out internally. The project focuses exclusively on competence development and advisory support.

The project aims to:

  • Develop structured internal competencies within SEO
  • Establish systematic workflows for strategic and analytical SEO work
  • Strengthen the organisation’s ability to independently optimise website content and structure
  • Build internal knowledge of SEO performance measurement and continuous optimisation practices
  • Create a foundation for long-term organic growth through capability development

4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA: 

The project consists of two integrated development tracks:

1. Foundational SEO Competence Development

  • 4-week structured SEO education programme
  • Introduction to technical SEO, on-page optimisation and keyword strategy
  • Practical exercises via professional learning platform access
  • Development of internal routines for identifying and prioritising SEO opportunities
     

2. Advanced SEO Application and Strategic Development

  • 6-week advanced SEO training programme
  • Advanced modules on content strategy, search intent and competitive analysis
  • 12 hours of 1:1 competency-development sparring
  • Development of internal evaluation frameworks and structured optimisation workflows
  • The approach ensures that knowledge is both acquired and directly applied to N(Y)OOMOON’s own website and growth strategy.

Scope of Funding

Funding will be used exclusively for:

  • Structured SEO education (foundational and advanced)
  • 12 hours of individualised SEO sparring
  • Advisory-led competence and framework development
  • No funds will be used for execution, implementation, outsourced optimisation or content production.

Expected Outcomes

The project will deliver:

  • Strengthened internal SEO competencies
  • Increased ability to independently identify and act on organic growth opportunities
  • Structured internal workflows for continuous SEO optimisation
  • Reduced dependency on external suppliers
  • A sustainable foundation for long-term organic digital growth
  • The overall impact is enhanced internal capacity and strategic resilience through in-house digital expertise.

5. BUDGET OG SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER: We expect a written offer to include at least: 
• Date of submission of offer 
• A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details. If relevant, with references and history 
• Bidder's proposal for solving the task 
• Specification of the price for solving the task  (25.000 DKK)
• Discount, if relevant 
• Timeframe and end date 
• Conditions for the offer, if any 
 
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER: 
Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements. 
We emphasize that the bidder must only make an offer on the requested task.  
Services of executing or implementing nature cannot be approved  
The winning bid is chosen based on an assessment of the best correlation between price and quality
