2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY:
Roccai is an innovative AI platform revolutionizing online decision-making. We help website
visitors make decisions by offering AI-generated user journeys that can be easily integrated
without coding. Using the webshop's product feed, our platform creates a module that
displays relevant questions and images. Visitors swipe yes or no to these and are then
presented with the products that best match their preferences.
Our solution is based on the results of the questions and images set up by the AI model,
providing us with Zero-Party Data and direct insight into visitors' needs. This creates a
virtual AI shopping assistant and inspiration journey that both increases conversions and
enhances customer insights. It helps indecisive visitors quickly and easily find the perfect
product.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION:
We are looking for skilled digital UX/UI consultants to collaborate on this project. n a
comprehensive training and development program focused on enhancing our internal
team's proficiency in optimizing the front-end design and user experience of our core
product. Our goal is to ensure that the future evolution of our front-end UX/UI design meets
the high standards of international competition within Roccai's market space.
The initiative seeks to strengthen our employees' expertise in leveraging the digital design
experience on the platform within ecommerce.
4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:
Objectives for the project:
- Upskilling Internal Team.
- Consult on how to enhance The User Journey.
- Meeting International Standards when it comes to a solid digital design.
- Ensure the qualify of advice will help us increase conversion for our customers.
The success of this project will be measured by increased conversion for our customers
and by the quality of consulting the Roccai Team to improve the frontend design and UX/UI,
ensuring we meet international market standards. We aim to enhance product performance
with advice from the experts. Ultimately, success will enable us to rapidly implement the
new knowledge into our platform and keep positioning Roccai for continued growth and
innovation.
5. BUDGET OG SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER:
The project has a maximum budget of 43.000kr excl. Moms.
We expect a written offer to include at least:
• Date of submission of offer
• A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details. If relevant, with references and history
• Bidder's proposal for solving the task
• Specification of the price for solving the task
• Discount, if relevant
• Timeframe and end date
• Conditions for the offer, if any
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER:
Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements.
