3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION
Digital competence development for Shopify and digital sales
Bjørn Parfume is planning to migrate its existing webshop from ScanNet to Shopify and improve its digital sales setup. However, the purpose of this project is not to have these activities carried out by an external consultant.
Instead, we seek an experienced consultant who can train, advise and guide our team, so that we acquire the knowledge and practical skills required to carry out and manage these activities ourselves.
The consultant’s role will therefore be focused on competence development, hands-on training, sparring and knowledge transfer.
The training and advisory programme should cover:
How to plan and carry out a migration from ScanNet to Shopify.
How to set up and manage a Shopify webshop.
How to structure and manage products, collections, content and customer data.
How to work with integrations and digital sales channels, including Instagram Shopping and Facebook Shop/Meta Commerce Manager.
How to plan and manage the setup of a digital B2B solution.
How to optimise website structure, user experience and digital sales processes.
Best practices for SEO, redirects, analytics and other relevant webshop functions.
Troubleshooting and ongoing administration of the Shopify platform.
Practical guidance and sparring while Bjørn Parfume’s employees carry out the relevant tasks themselves.
A key objective is that the training is hands-on and directly related to Bjørn Parfume’s own webshop, allowing employees to develop their skills by working on real tasks under the consultant’s guidance.
The project should result in a significant competence lift within Bjørn Parfume, enabling the company to independently manage, maintain and further develop its digital sales platform after the advisory period.
Maximum budget: DKK 55,000.
