3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION:
We wish to add an AI-powered assistant to the application, which leads to various challenges, for example:
· Definition of the boundaries of control (what AI is allowed to do within the app)
· Architectural considerations for the implementation
· How to partition customers securely within the AI model (multi-tenancy)
· How to store and update the assistant’s “internal” knowledge, i.e.
o From model being built by the customer
o Domain expertise from Processive
o Documents created by the user or by Processive
· How to monitor and limit AI costs incurred by the assistant
· Regulatory implications and limitations (MDR and FDA)
· Validation of the solution
The extensive challenges associated with implementing AI in our product means that we need to increase the level of understanding that we have within the company of AI-assistants so that we can plan how to approach the implementation.
To this end, it would be particularly valuable to have access to expert and specialist sparring on the subject.
4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:
The task is to deliver two full day sessions of individual sparring, in person and preferably in Copenhagen, with a view to us being able to get an overview over the following subjects:
· Regulatory implications and risk-based scoping of AI functionality

· Multi-tenancy, and cost management
