Dialog Intelligens develops AI-driven sales and customer service solutions tailored to Nordic e-commerce companies. Our platform processes large volumes of customer interactions and product data, and our AI models rely on automated data collection, precise data processing, and stable system operations.

Because our solution is directly integrated into our clients’ commercial workflows, a high level of cybersecurity is essential — both for data protection, customer trust, and our ability to scale internationally. We therefore seek an external, independent cybersecurity specialist to review, assess, and validate our current security setup.

Project Purpose

The purpose of this project is to:

• obtain an independent assessment of our systems, architecture, and security processes
• identify potential risks in our AI infrastructure and data pipelines
• receive expert advisory on improvements and security best practices
• obtain a final external validation confirming that our cybersecurity meets recognised standards
  
  A strengthened cybersecurity foundation is business-critical for us as we scale to larger enterprise customers and process increasingly sensitive data volumes.

Scope of Work

1. Cybersecurity Review

The specialist will assess:

• system architecture, APIs, scraping flows, and data pipelines
• access control, encryption, logging, and monitoring
• user management, token handling, and internal development routines
• exposure to third-party systems and cloud infrastructure
• AI-specific risks (prompt injection, data leakage, model misuse, etc.)

Deliverables:

• Risk overview
• Prioritised recommendations
• Technical evaluation of current setup
  
  

2. Data Protection & Compliance Review

Advisory will include:

• GDPR considerations related to AI data
• data minimisation and storage routines for training data
• logging and audit practices
• secure handling of customer and product data
• evaluation of “least privilege” and “security by design” principles
  
  Deliverables:
• Compliance assessment
• Recommendations for improved data protection

3. Security Advisory & Roadmap

The specialist will:

• prepare a realistic, prioritised improvement roadmap
• advise on organisational and technical governance
• ensure Dialog Intelligens can maintain the security level internally
• support development of risk classification and governance models

Deliverables:

• Security roadmap
• Governance recommendations
• Documentation of security processes
   

4. Final Validation

The project is not considered complete until a full final cybersecurity validation has been carried out by the external specialist.

The final validation must result in a written report documenting:

• all systems, processes, and components reviewed
• identified security risks and their status
• which recommendations have been addressed
• whether our infrastructure meets recognised security standards
• an overall assessment of Dialog Intelligens’ cybersecurity posture

This validation report serves as the formal confirmation that Dialog Intelligens maintains a satisfactory level of cybersecurity and marks the official conclusion of the project.

Project Goals

• Ensure our AI platform is secure, robust, and scalable
• Obtain an impartial evaluation of our current cybersecurity
• Reduce risk of data leaks, system failures, and operational disruptions
• Strengthen trust among customers and partners
• Improve readiness for future certifications, compliance requirements, and investment rounds

Success Criteria

• Complete security review and advisory
• A prioritised action plan implementable by our internal team
• Increased organisational knowledge of secure AI development and operations
• A final external validation report confirming our security level
   

Budget & Practical Information

The maximum budget for this project is 45.000 DKK excl. VAT.

The written proposal must include at minimum:

• Date of submission.
• A short presentation of the provider, including CVR number and contact information.
• The provider’s proposed approach to the assignment.
• Price for delivery of the assignment.
• Expected project start date.
• Terms and conditions of the proposal.
