2. PRESENTATION OF THE ISSUING ORGANIZATION
Food & Bio Cluster Denmark is the national cluster organization for food and bioresources in Denmark.
The organization supports innovation and sustainable development and facilitates collaboration between startups, corporates, and investors.

With a network of more than 500 startups and a leading role in Denmark’s largest accelerator, Beyond Beta, the cluster focuses on commercialization and internationalization of solutions within foodtech, agtech, and biosolutions.

 
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EXPLORATION
Fúli seeks an experienced external marketing consultant with documented experience in FMCG, food, D2C, and retail to support a focused market exploration and go‑to‑market advisory process.

The consultant is expected to provide strategic advice in the following areas:

  • Review of current marketing activities, messaging, and channel mix, including digital performance and brand communication.
  • Recommendations for how Fúli can sharpen its positioning in the Danish market to increase awareness and conversion.
  • Guidance on a clearer content and campaign direction that supports both direct online sales and retail sell‑through.
  • A practical marketing roadmap with suggested priorities, KPIs, and budget logic for the next 6–12 months.

4. OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA

  • A more precise articulation of Fúli’s value proposition, target audience, and core commercial messaging.
  • A concrete marketing action plan that Fúli can use internally after the advisory project concludes.
  • Recommendations that directly support increased brand awareness, customer acquisition, repeat purchases, and/or retail pull‑through.
  • A documented foundation for deciding how future marketing budgets should be allocated for maximum commercial impact.

 5. BUDGET AND PROPOSAL SPECIFICATION
Budget: 40,000 DKK excluding VAT. 

Fúli invites proposals from consultants/advisors with documented experience from similar assignments within food, FMCG, consumer brands, retail, or direct‑to‑consumer growth.

The proposal should include:

  • A brief presentation of the bidder, the consultant(s) including relevant references or comparable cases. 
  • Description of methodology and expected deliverables. 
  • Overall timeline and availability. 
  • Price and hourly rate 
  • Any applicable discounts 
  • Assumptions and conditions (including proposed contract template)

Deadline for submission: 27th of March 2026 via the link below. 

TEMPLATE FOR TASK DESCRIPTION
Expected project start: 2-3 weeks after deadline.  Relevant bidders will be invited for a short online meeting with FBCD and Fúli. 

The agreement will be entered into between FBCD A/S (Food & Bio Cluster Denmark) and the selected bidder/consultant.

 
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE CALL
This call is part of requirements for sound financial management and documentation of market pricing.
Only proposals for the requested advisory service will be accepted. Implementation and execution services are not included.
