2. PRESENTATION OF COMPANY:
N(Y)OOMOON is an emerging Danish brand committed to improving menstrual health through sustainable, high-quality reusable products. The company combines user-centred design with a commitment to transparency and education and aims to reduce waste, expense and health risks associated with traditional disposable products. This project forms part of N(Y)OOMOON’s strategy to scale responsibly by grounding its growth in evidence and insight.
3. DESCRIPTION OF THE TASK UNDER MARKET EVALUATION:
N(Y)OOMOON seeks advisory support to design and evaluate a structured Instagram and Facebook testing framework to generate insights into messaging effectiveness, creative approaches and audience engagement. The project focuses on learning how different messages and formats influence conversion behaviour and brand awareness.
The advisory process will inform a planned test campaign, and support hypothesis development, evaluation criteria and interpretation of results to strengthen our knowledge on future advertising strategy.
4. TASK OBJECTIVES AND SUCCESS CRITERIA:

All campaign execution and media buying will be carried out by N(Y)OOMOON using its own resources.
Project Objectives
The project aims to:
Develop a structured approach to testing and comparing advertising messages
Assess brand-led versus product-focused communication from an analytical perspective
Establish principles for generating baseline data from initial paid advertising
Build an evidence base to support future marketing and growth decisions, including learning to apply Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager Insights as analytical tools
Methods and Advisory Activities
The advisory work covers two analytical focus areas:
1. Sales Conversion Insights (March 1–10, 2026)
Sparring on test design to explore drivers of first-time engagement and conversion
Methodological guidance on evaluating the impact of a single promotional incentive
Sparring on development of an evaluation framework to support internal learning in analysing conversion and behavioural data using Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
2. Brand Awareness Insights (March 1–31, 2026)
Guidance on analytical approaches to assess responses to brand values and messaging
Sparring on evaluation of value-based and educational content
Definition and interpretation of engagement and interaction metrics to understand reach, impressions and audience engagement patterns
Scope of Funded Activities
Funding will be used exclusively:
· Advisory support on test design and hypothesis formulation, with a focus on internal learning
· Guided development and validation of analytical and evaluation frameworks, enabling the team to apply Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Meta Ads Manager Insights independently
· Advisory-led post-test analysis and interpretation of collected data to build internal analytical and decision-making capabilities
Expected Outcomes and Impact
The project will deliver:
· Improved understanding of how different messages and creative formats influence audience engagement and conversion behaviour
· Strengthened internal capability to analyse audience behaviour across website and social media platforms
· A validated analytical approach for combining website and platform-level data
· Learning-based recommendations to support future marketing and advertising decisions
5. BUDGET OG SPECIFICATION OF AN OFFER:
We expect a written offer to include at least:
• Date of submission of offer
• A brief presentation of the bidder, stating the CVR number and contact details. If relevant, with references and history
• Bidder's proposal for solving the task
• Specification of the price for solving the task (20.000,00 ex. moms)
• Discount, if relevant
• Timeframe and end date
• Conditions for the offer, if any
6. BACKGROUND FOR THE TENDER:
Beyond Beta is subject to a number of requirements for good, healthy financial management, including documentation that the agreed price for external purchases is an expression of the market price. This tender is part of these requirements.
